Return Policy:

PÜR honors a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your PÜR Cosmetics purchase, simply return the unused portion and receipt within 30 days of date of shipment and we will be happy to refund you for the full product amount. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other PÜR products. 

To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@purcosmetics.com and someone will assist you with next steps.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we suggest that returns be mailed via FedEx or another insured and traceable parcel method. Please keep in mind that returns shipped ground usually take 5—7 business days to receive before they can be processed.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
